Since formation in 2002, SUM have become one of the fastest growing consultants in the North of England. In recognition of our success, we were awarded the coveted title of ‘Best New QS Firm’ in the 2007 National QS Awards. Subsequent to this we received shortlistings for ‘Best Newcomer’ and ‘Entrepreneur of the Year’ in the Building Awards 2008. SUM are pleased to be associated with the Greenhouse project in Leeds, having received multiple awards between 2008 and 2011. SUM were Project Managers of the UK’s most pioneering low carbon development. The scheme received Architectural and Sustainability awards from RIBA, and was ‘Highly Commended’ at the Building Awards 2010.
