Builders Quantities for Design & Build
where our aim is to add value to the Client through identification of potential risks. Measuring not only what’s on the drawings, but also what’s not on the drawings. This is mostly delivered to a tight timescale demanded by the tender programme.
Traditional Quantities
Fully compliant Bills of Quantities measured to either SMM7, CESMM3 or MMHW standard. Our team have the experience necessary to be able to deliver schemes from the simplest industrial shed through to large multi-storey residential schemes.
Cost Plan Quantities & Estimating
Often our Clients bid work on the basis of Cost Plan Quantities, perhaps as part of a two stage tender, or where the work is familiar in content. We are able to provide accurate cost plan quantities for estimating purposes.
Analysis of Tendering Risks
As an additional service to Contractors, we provide a breakdown of the main areas of tendering risk to the ContractorsWe have an excellent track record, with well over 90% of our first time Clients placing further work.
